Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia C-133/21.
En un escrito que resultó confuso, el peticionario se refirió a diferentes asuntos, dentro de los que se desprende: (i) su inconformidad frente a la supuesta declaratoria de incompetencia de la Corte Constitucional respecto de tres peticiones que presentó relacionadas con la comisión de “delitos de lesa humanidad”; (ii) que no conoce “todas las pruebas en su contra” y que la “defensa del Estado es ilegal”; y (iii) lo que parecen ser críticas al “sistema del servicio a la salud pública” y al “sistema de la justicia en Colombia”.
La Corte encontró que la solicitud de nulidad es manifiestamente improcedente y, por ello, decidió RECHAZARLA DE PLANO.
Lo anterior, porque fue presentada de manera extemporánea, el peticionario no fue demandante ni interviniente durante el trámite del proceso de constitucionalidad y, sus escritos se fundamentaron en argumentos confusos e ininteligibles.
